FREE PREPARATION GUIDE
Your cabin crew journey starts with a clearer plan.
Organise your experience, prepare your application and practise the interview moments that matter.
Start my preparation
Choose your target airline
Start with one airline and its current official careers information. Check the role, base, language and application requirements yourself. A preparation coach cannot decide whether an airline will accept your application. Save the official job link and the closing date, then note which questions you still need to verify.
Build your experience inventory
List your real work, education, volunteering and travel experience. Look for examples of customer service, teamwork, responsibility and adapting to unfamiliar situations. Experience from hospitality or retail can give you useful stories; you do not need to make every example about aviation. For each example, write what happened, what you personally did and what changed.
Prepare your cabin crew CV
Follow the format and document instructions in the airline’s current application. Make relevant experience easy to find: your role, dates, responsibilities and honest achievements. Use clear language and check your contact details. Do not add qualifications, language fluency or work history that you cannot support. Ask someone to read it for clarity before you upload it.
Practise your interview examples
Prepare a few truthful stories about helping a customer, working with others, handling a disagreement and learning from a mistake. Explain the situation, your responsibility, your actions and the result. Practise speaking aloud, then answer a follow-up question without memorising a script. Clear, personal answers are more useful than copied answers that do not describe your experience.
Plan for your actual selection stage
Read your invitation carefully. Airlines and recruitment locations can use different stages; do not assume that a public open day, a registered recruitment event and an invitation-only assessment are interchangeable. Prepare only for the stages your target airline publishes or invites you to attend. Make a document checklist and allow time for the tasks you have been asked to complete.
Find an event and check before travel
Use the open-day finder to compare countries, cities, dates and published venues. Follow the official event link to check attendance rules before booking transport or accommodation. A nearby country may be an option, but you must verify your own entry requirements and the airline’s event rules. Venue changes and recruitment updates can happen after a source is checked.
Turn your preparation into a weekly plan
Choose one concrete action for your application, one for your interview practice and one for your event logistics. Put a date beside each. Review your progress and adjust your next step when an airline changes its instructions or sends an invitation. The goal is a preparation routine you can actually follow, not a promise of a job.
